Website hosting
GitHub Pages hosts this website. When pages are requested, the hosting provider processes technical connection data, including IP addresses, time, requested resources and browser information, to deliver and protect the service. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, available website. Provider log retention depends on its operations and privacy terms. See the GitHub privacy statement.
Email enquiries
We process your contact details, message and project documents you choose to send in order to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, or Article 6(1)(f) for general correspondence. Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without necessary details. Our mailbox uses Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy. Please send only information needed for your enquiry.
Retention and recipients
Enquiries are retained only as needed to handle them, support subsequent collaboration or protect legitimate legal claims, subject to statutory retention duties. Hosting and email providers may access data when providing their services. International processing must comply with the applicable safeguards under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR. Information about locations and transfer mechanisms is available from Microsoft, GoDaddy and GitHub.
Cookies, local storage and external links
We currently use no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and website media are served by this website. The Site Manager and preview use browser-local storage (Local Storage / IndexedDB) for editing drafts and media, not advertising profiles. You can delete these data in your browser settings. External references such as LinkedIn are ordinary links; the destination provider’s privacy terms apply when opened. There is currently no checkout or newsletter subscription.
Your rights
Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time for the future. Contact us by email. You may complain to a supervisory authority, in particular the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. We do not use automated decision-making including profiling.
